Although I am a bit hard of hearing, I do travel with Peggy and Willie and do my best to hope he will be a gentleman. Crunchy Onion Chicken
2 cups French's french fried onions
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg beaten
Crush French Fried Onions in plastic bag.
Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs
Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes until no longer pink in center.
Makes 4 servings
